Arvind Kejriwal Bail: 'Delhi CM suffered incarceration...' and other critical SC observations against ED

Arvind Kejriwal Supreme Court: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was granted interim bail by the Supreme Court of India in the Enforcement Directorate's case related to the excise policy case. The court referred the matter to a larger bench and addressed questions on ED's arrest based on mere interrogation. However, Kejriwal remains under judicial custody in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) case.
