MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Brazil will soon send invitations to attend the G20 summit to heads of state, including Russian President Vladimir Putin, Joel Souza Pinto Sampaio, head of the Brazilian Foreign Ministry's social communications department, told Sputnik.
