Supertech files resolution plan to clear Rs 900crore dues, seeks nod for 2k registries

Supertech plans to settle Rs 900 crore dues using an escrow mechanism and seek registry for 2,000 flats in Ecovillage 1, 3, and Czar Suites under NCLT. RK Arora and IRP Hitesh Goel met officer Saumya Srivastava with homebuyers. NCLAT allowed a project-wise resolution; Rs 1,103 crore in dues claimed. Sports City is under scrutiny.
