Ariana Grande Pauses Album Campaign, Shifts Focus to 'Wicked' Promo, Makes Big Promise to Fans

Ariana Grande is going to be spending the next few months exclusively in Shiz University.

The 31-year-old “the boy is mine” pop star recently dropped her new album eternal sunshine. However, in a message shared with her fans on Thursday (July 11), she let them know that she’d be shifting her focus toward promoting her new movie Wicked exclusively.

The hitmaker ended her message with a pretty big promise for her followers who are hungry for more!

Taking to her Instagram story, Ariana announced plans to pause the album campaign and any other projects for the time being.

“I love you all so much. i have decided to put a temporary pin in all things that are not Wicked for now,” she wrote. “Thank you in advance for your understanding. i am deeply grateful for your patience and mostly, so, inexplicably excited for all that is to come.”

There will be a wait, but Ariana had a promise: “there is so much.”

“See you very soon,” she vowed.

Ariana recently dropped a star-studded remix to one of her songs.

The first of two Wicked movies arrives in theaters on November 22, 2024. This puts it in direct competition with another blockbuster.
