Judge gives Cruz Garcia, last defendant in youths' murders, 20 years in prison for manslaughter

The last of seven adults charged with murder in two teenaged boys’ disappearances and deaths in late 2022 received a 20-year prison sentence Thursday for his plea to involuntary manslaughter in the case.
