Kinshasa battles traffic congestion

Kinshasa's residents are growing increasingly frustrated with authorities' lack of action when it comes to improving the Congolese capitals' roads. The city's congestion is notorious and the government has long indicated that plans are in the pipeline but Congolese people just want to see the rubber hit the road.
