European liberals mull measures against Bulgarian member amid leadership dispute

The Bulgarian party Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) is threatened with exclusion from the European liberal party ALDE because of the destructive role of Delyan Peevski, sanctioned under the US Magnitsky act.
