Actor Gaurav Bakshi Arrested By Goa Police Over Blocking Minister's Car

Goa police on Thursday arrested actor Gaurav Bakshi for allegedly restraining the movement of state Animal Husbandry Minister Nilkant Halarnkar by blocking his car, an official said.
