India coach Gambhir wants Doeschate in support staff: Report

The BCCI has lately advocated for Indian coaches in the setup, but Team India's new head coach Gautam Gambhir has reportedly asked for a slight deviation in the form of including former Netherlands international Ryan ten Doeschate as part of his support staff, according to a report. Doeschate was the fielding coach of Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 2024 and has been strongly backed by Gambhir in the past as well for his selfless attitude.
