Bilston 'back open for business' after town hall lead thieves cause havoc

Bilston shopkeepers are urging customers to flock back to the town centre after losing business due to yesterday's road closure caused by falling masonry thanks to mindless thieves.

Lead thieves wrecked the roof of Bilston Town Hall, causing masonry to crash to the floor and forcing the police to close Church Street.
