St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office needs help locating three wanted men
ST. LANDRY PARISH, La. (KLFY)-- The St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public's assistance with locating three wanted men.
Authorities are currently trying to find 23-year-old Johnathan Joseph, Jr., 35-year-old Michael Fernandez, Jr. and 28-year-old Nevar Lazard.
Joseph, Jr. is described as a male that is 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds. He has multiple arrest warrants charging him with felon in possession of a firearm, illegal possession of a stolen firearm, aggravated burglary, simple burglary of a vehicle, two counts of simple burglary of an outer building, three counts of attempted simple burglary of a vehicle, criminal damage to property, theft and attempted simple burglary of an outer building. His last known address is the 200 block of Bayou Road in Port Barre.
Authorities describe Fernandez, Jr. as a man that is 6 feet 3 inches tall, who weighs 200 pounds. He has an arrest warrant for two counts of monetary instrument abuse and one count of illegal possession of stolen things. His last known address is at the 300 block of Sunflower Road in Opelousas.
Lazard is described a man who is 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing 195 pounds. He has an arrest warrant for aggravated flight from an officer, two counts of cruelty to juveniles and two counts of criminal abandonment, as well as multiple traffic charges. His last known address is the 300 block of Vine Street in Washington. SLPSO said he may now be living at the 500 block of Joseph Street in Palmetto.
