Def min suspends dealings with defsys for 6 months

The Defence Ministry suspended Defsys Solutions for six months for involvement in the AgustaWestland VVIP helicopter case. Defsys, linked to aircraft pylons and defence electronics, was banned in 2022. The MoD acted on CBI reports implicating ex-director Sushen Gupta in the Rs 3,600 crore chopper deal. A clause requires all ministry entities to comply with the suspension order.
