Manipur human rights body issues notices to top officials for 'negligence' in Jiribam

The Manipur Human Rights Commission has issued notices to state officials for negligence in ensuring security measures in Jiribam after a farmer was killed by Kuki-Zo militants. The officials are directed to submit a report on the law and order situation by July 11.
