An alleged key figure in the Cape Town underworld, businessman Colin Booysen, and three other men appeared in the Bellville Magistrate's Court on Wednesday after the Hawks arrested them for three hits allegedly linked to a fight over drug turf between the Western Cape and Gauteng.
