PennDOT, Oil Heritage Festival to Host Bicycle Rodeo to Encourage Safe Biking Habits for Kids

During the event, the Venango County Sheriff's Office will conduct helmet and bike inspections for all children. All riders will receive an Oil Heritage Festival ribbon after completing stations that teach safe biking habits.
