Love Island’s Ayo in huge U-turn as he admits he still has feelings for Mimii in shock move
LOVE Island’s Ayo Odukoya is set to stir the pot further as he confesses he still has feelings for Mimii Ngulube.
The duo – part of the original 2024 show line-up – were coupled up from the off.
Yet just as mental health nurse Mimii, 24, is recovering from her recent Casa Amor heartache – which saw Ayo, also 24, bring back Jessica Spencer, 25, to the main villa – it seems his feelings have switched.
A teaser for Wednesday’s Love Island episode hints at unfinished business between the couple.
Ayo pulls Mimii for a chat in the Den and tells her: “For me personally, I can’t sit here and say to you, all of my feelings are lost…
“You haven’t changed, you’re still Mimii.”
She then laughs before she asks him to: “Keep going…”
Ayo – who has seen bombshell Josh Oyinsan, 29, sweep Mimii away to The Hideaway – adds: “I can’t hide the way I feel about you so it’s not easy for me to see you go around this Villa and see you chat to man, it will never be.
“What was that saying that you had?”
Mimii then answers: “What is meant for you will never pass you.”
The duo then share a knowing look before the scenes play out – leaving fans questioning what will happen next.
Fans had slammed Ayo’s “manipulative” behaviour and last week claimed bosses were deliberately protecting him during Movie Week.
They believed show bosses were doing this by not showcasing the full extent of his deception.

Meanwhile, Mimii may soon find herself in a separate love triangle.
It came after Love Island bosses brought in bombshells Josh and Reuben Collins, 23, to “stir the pot.”

He confessed his divided state of mind in the re-coupling ceremony – before fans urged him to “do better” with his choice of words.
Meanwhile, some Love Island fans had called out what they believed to be the “real reason” he has made a beeline for fan-favourite Mimii.
