Joey King Hasn't Planned Her 25th Birthday Yet, But Reveals What She Wants to Do!

Joey King is hard at work promoting her new movies and she’s also opening up about plans for her upcoming 25th birthday!

The 24-year-old actress kicked off her morning with an appearance on The Today Show on Tuesday (July 9) in New York City.

Joey wore yellow to emulate the Minions from her new animated movie Despicable Me 4, which is the number one movie in the world right now. She also promoted her Netflix film A Family Affair, which debuted at number one on the streamer’s charts last week.

Later in the day, Joey changed into a new look to record an episode of the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast.

During her interview on Today, Joey talked plans for her birthday.

“I really want to like… I feel like it’s so hot outside and I just see on my Instagram feed, all of these wonderful people going on family lake trips. I really want to go on a lake trip,” she said. “I don’t really know where to start so I’m going to call a couple people and see what I can pull together.”
