'It's a family tradition': Lucas County Fair returns with fried food and live music

On Tuesday afternoon, Richard Zulch and his wife Gwen Zulch were staying dry from the light rain in their concession stand that has occupied the same corner of the Lucas County Fairgrounds for more than 20 years.
