Ex-Browns quarterback Bernie Kosar diagnosed with liver failure, Parkinson's

Former Cleveland Browns quarterback Bernie Kosar was diagnosed with cirrhosis, the third of four stages of liver failure, as well as Parkinson's disease, he announced Tuesday on X.
