Ohio's space pioneers, Perrysburg artist's efforts featured in short film

WAPAKONETA, Ohio — The WAPA Theatre, 15 Willipie St., on July 19 will premiere Cradle of Astronauts, a short film showcasing a painting created for the Ohio Statehouse by Perrysburg artist Bill Hinsch.
