In first ever petition to Israeli court, Palestinian Authority looks to reverse terror victim compensation laws

The laws, which the Knesset enacted in March, let terror victims and their families to sue for damages from the Palestinian Authority, however the petition claims the laws are 'unconstitutional' and will lead to the PA's 'economic collapse'
