Bengal flogging video: National Commission for Women seeks report from DGP within three days

Claiming it as an old video, Barrackpore Police Commissionerate said “it has taken note of the old video which is now in circulation on social media involving assault on a girl”. Police said a suo motu criminal case has been started.
