Queen’s Park celebrate turning 157 years young today and Club Directors Gregor Hall and Lynne McCartney are taking a trip back to where it all started.
The club was formed on 9 July 1867 when a group of gentlemen met at 3 Eglington Terrace on the south side of Glasgow ‘for the purpose of forming a Football Club’ and the rest as they say is history.
Queen’s Park’s colours will now be fixed on display on the present-day site of that historic meeting following Gregor and Lynne’s visit.
