Mihir Shah is accused of crashing his BMW into a two wheeler, resulting in the death of a 45-year-old woman and injuring her husband. A Look Out Circular (LOC) has been issued against Mihir Shah. Prior to the accident, Mihir and four friends reportedly visited a pub for dinner and drinks. However, the pub owner asserts that Mihir only consumed Red Bull, not alcohol.
