Fry Heating, Cooling & Plumbing to relocate in Toledo's Warehouse District

With substantial financial assistance from the Ohio Department of Development and the Lucas County Port Authority, Fry Heating, Cooling & Plumbing will be purchasing a sprawling complex of buildings located on Hamilton Street in Toledo’s Warehouse District. According to Fry’s owner, Dan Pienta, the transaction was made possible by a $637,500 loan from the state’s Regional 166 Direct Loan program. The loan is to be repaid within 20 years and carries a fixed interest rate of 3.5 percent. The property purchase is expected to be finalized on Thursday.
