Mumbai Rain Update: Due to a heavy rainfall warning by the Regional Meteorological Centre, Pune schools will close on July 9 with staff aiding disaster efforts. Schools in Mumbai, Raigad, and Navi Mumbai will also close. Districts like Palghar and Nasik expect rain till July 12. IMD issued an orange alert for Mumbai and a red alert for several districts.
