Urgent: Explosions shake Syrian coastal region near Baniyas

DAMASCUS, July 9 (Xinhua) -- Two powerful explosions were heard after midnight Tuesday near the outskirts of the city of Baniyas, in the coastal region of Syria, according to a war monitor group.
