Lucas County Children Services pitches for a new levy

The Lucas County Citizens Levy Review Committee Monday unanimously approved a resolution recommending that Lucas County commissioners place a new 1.5-mill five-year Lucas County Children Services levy on the Nov. 5 ballot.
