Participating lineup for the Schenectady Tater Trot

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The second annual Tater Trot is being held in downtown Schenectady on Saturday, July 13 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Participating restaurants will be offering potato dish samples for $1 each.

• Bittersweet Candy, Dark Chocolate Potato Bacon Bark (gluten-free) (vegetarian and vegan available upon request)
• Canvas, Corks & Forks, Crispy Herbed Potato Salad (gluten-free and vegetarian)
• Centre Street Pub, Montreal Poutine (gluten-free)
• High Five at The Electric Grinch, Purple Potato Ice Cream with Sweet Potato Caramel & Candied Pecans (gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan)
• Johnny’s, Truffle Parmesan Potato Au Gratin (vegetarian)
• Katie O’Byrne’s, Corned Beef Hash Served with Homemade Cabbage Chips

Attendees can then vote for their favorites. All votes must be submitted by 4:15 p.m. after the event to be counted. Last year, Simone’s Kitchen took the top spot with their Roasted Sweet Potato Hummus Plate. A map of participating restaurants will be available closer to the event.
