Beryl weakens to a tropical storm as it continues through Texas

At least two people in Texas have been killed after Beryl made landfall as a Category 1 hurricane with 80 mph winds. Beryl has also now been downgraded to a tropical storm. NBC News’ Kathy Park reports on the increasing danger of floodwater.
