PM Modi receives warm welcome in Moscow from members of the Indian diaspora

Prime Minister Modi received a warm welcome from the Indian diaspora in Moscow as he arrived for the 22nd India-Russia Annual Summit. He is set to meet with Russian President Putin and address a community function during his two-day visit.
