Daghestani Official Fired After Deadly Attacks Rearrested After Serving 10 Days In Jail

A member of the Public Monitoring Commission in the Russian region of Daghestan said that the former governor of the Sergokala district, who was fired last month after a deadly terrorist attack and sentenced to 10 days in jail on a hooliganism charge, was rearrested on July 5 on fraud charges.
