Rugby: France suspend fullback Melvyn Jaminet for racist comments

French Rugby Federation launches investigation into Jaminet's comment after posting a video on social media with a racist comment.  Both the French Rugby Federation and Toulon condemned his remarks, leading to his subsequent apology.
