Man Utd and Arsenal in £30m Brian Brobbey transfer battle with both confident of landing Netherlands striker
MANCHESTER UNITED and Arsenal are set for a £30million war over Brian Brobbey.
Red Devils‘ boss Erik ten Hag knows the Ajax striker, 22, from his time at the Dutch club and is eyeing a summer move.

A host of Italian clubs are keen on the ex-RB Leipzig man, too.
But it is understood the player has his heart set on a Premier League switch.
Brobbey, who netted 21 times last season, is part of the Netherlands‘ Euros squad.
So he’s focused on Wednesday’s semi-final against England – knowing he could end up in that country’s tp flight next season.
However, Brobbey himself has been quoted in the past talking up interest in such a move.
And he’s even singled out BOTH the Prem clubs leading the race.
When reportedly asked which team he’d choose he once said: “Manchester United.”

Brobbey told NOS Jeugdjournaal: “Arsenal, I think that is a very nice club. If you look at that stadium. A very nice club.
“But that also applies to Manchester United, Barcelona and Real Madrid. I have a contract until 2027. At the moment I am just with Ajax.”
The Red Devils have been linked even more strongly with Brobbey’s international squad-mate Joshua Kirkzee, who Bologna are fighting a losing battle to keep hold of.
And Slovenia hero Benjamin Sesko is still being linked with United as well as Arsenal, despite suggestions he is ready to extend his stay at Leipzig.
