Sandbags to be issued in Opelousas due to anticipated heavy rainfall

OPELOUSAS, La. (KLFY)-- The St. Landry Parish Government will be issuing sandbags on Sunday, July 7 due to the anticipated heavy rainfall from the remnants of Hurricane Beryl.
Sandbags can be picked up starting at 10 a.m. at the Yambilee Building, which is located at 1939 West Landry Street in Opelousas.
