Ponzi scheme charges stayed against B.C. woman after drowning death of co-accused

Curtis Quigley and Kathleen Treadgold were due to go to trial in 2025, but the Crown is now staying the charges against both of them following Quigley's death near Okanagan Falls, B.C., on June 20.
