Love Island legend Casey O’Gorman reveals 2024 series girl slid into his DMs – and he’ll ‘swipe her’ from villa boy

LOVE Island legend Casey O’Gorman has revealed a girl currently in the villa once slid into his DMs.

The mischievous singleton, 27, has a habit of checking if show bombshells have contacted him as and when they arrive in the villa.

And he had a match when blonde stunner Jessy Potts was announced on Love Island‘s official Instagram account.

In an exclusive interview with The Sun, he explained: “Do you know who did slide into my DMs? The one going out with Joey. Jessy. There you go.

“Yeah when the new bombshell enters they tag them in the pictures so I clicked on her profile so I’ve always got to check if they messaged me and I clicked on her profile and checked and she had messaged me. Did I accept it? No I didn’t.”

When asked if he regretted it, he replied: “No. I’m sure I can reply when we’re out of the villa.”

And the confident lad, who recently starred in the All Stars series, doesn’t think Joey Essex is serious competition, telling us that he thinks he could swipe her from him.

But for all the bravado, Casey’s love life isn’t exactly flourishing at the moment.

“My dating life is pretty non existent to be honest with you,” he said. “I don’t know what is wrong with me! I can’t seem to get a girlfriend. Ever since I’ve been on Love Island I haven’t even been close to getting a girlfriend.

“Yeah I’ve tried but I don’t know I just feel like I’m so picky. Any girl I start talking to I get so uninterested so quickly.

“Mum’s approval. That’s a big thing. I wouldn’t ever date someone that was in the public eye that is for sure. I think the person I eventually want to be with won’t have a big following, won’t be in the same circles that I’m in. I’ve dated people from the public eye but they didn’t work out well so we’ll leave it at that.”

Casey spoke to The Sun with Piz Buin about the importance of men looking after each other and prioritising their suncare.

He teamed up with close pal Tom Clare for the campaign and said: “It was one of the best shoots we’ve done. It was a jokey one but the message is very important.

“In the villa and living together, we’re going to be there for each other. I’ll slap sunscreen on him! And for guys who follow us we wanted to spread that message.”
