NYPD fatally shoots man who allegedly killed 8-year-old half brother, stabbed parents in Queens

An 8-year-old boy is dead and a mother and father were injured after being stabbed during an apparent domestic dispute inside an apartment in Jamaica, Queens on Thursday.
