In middle of village, plush ashram for ‘Bhole Baba’ locked since 2022

After predicting an apocalypse before a stampede killed 121 followers, 'Bhole Baba' Surajpal Singh’s Naya Gaon ashram, donated by Puranmal, was locked since 2022. Maintained by sevakars in luxury vehicles, bhajans ceased per Singh’s orders. Police led by Vindhyachal Tiwari investigate legality and pond encroachment. Followers still attend Pratham Mangal satsangs and remain devoted.
