Her prior experience as an administrator, responsible for care delivery systems, piqued her curiosity in understanding the effects of redesigning care delivery systems. In her current position, Dr. Anthony has received funding to describe and evaluate models of care. Her research includes how the structure and process of nursing care affect patient, nurse, and organizational outcomes.
