The Horse and Jockey: A clarification

In our article “Shock photos show shameless ‘dine & dashers’ racking up £150 bill gorging on ribeye steaks & ales before ‘doing runner’” (published on 2nd July), we wrongly used images of customers provided to us by the Horse and Jockey pub in Tideswell, stating that they had left the pub without paying their bill.

The pub has subsequently confirmed to us that they got this wrong.

We apologise to the customers concerned.
