No scope for alliance between Congress, AAP for assembly polls in Haryana, Delhi: Jairam Ramesh

In an interview, AICC general secretary Jairam Ramesh stated there will be no alliance between Congress and AAP for Haryana and Delhi assembly polls, but the INDIA bloc will contest together in Maharashtra and Jharkhand.
