Free disposal day and block-by-block cleanups are Saturday

The city of Toledo is holding a free disposal day at the Hoffman Road Landfill and block-by-block clean-up events in the Junction and Englewood neighborhoods from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.
