Emmy Nominees for Multiple Series: Comedy Supporting Actor and Actress [PHOTOS]
When former “30 Rock” cast member Jane Krakowski earned Emmy recognition in 2015 for her work on the inaugural season of “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt,” she became only the third recipient of Best Comedy Supporting Actress nominations for multiple series. Half a dozen of the men and women on this roster managed to win for at least one of their respective series. Art Carney, who co-founded this club with Carl Reiner nearly seven decades ago, remains its sole dual honoree, having achieved consecutive victories for “The Jackie Gleason Show” (1954-1955) and its spinoff, “The Honeymooners” (1956).
Although featured comedy series performers were not permanently afforded genre-specific categories until 1970, those who contended for earlier generic honors such as “Best Series Supporting Actor” are counted here.
