Last chance to vote for 2024 Gold Derby TV Award nominations! Voting closes July 10

Have you voted for the 2024 Gold Derby TV Awards nominations yet? We’ve already had over 900 registered users weigh in with their choices for the best achievements in TV from the 2023-2024 television season. You have until the end of the day on Wednesday, July 10, to cast your ballot. The good news is, if there are programs you still want to squeeze in this week before you make your final decisions, you can update your ballot as often as you wish right up to the very last minute. No votes are final until all voting closes on July 10.

In order to cast your votes, first you must register for a free Gold Derby account here if you don’t have one already. Then you can visit our predictions center here. Scroll down to “Gold Derby TV Awards Nominations 2024” and click the green box that says “VOTE” to make your choices in as many or as few categories as you wish.

To make your selections, click on a category at the top of the voting page. Below that, add candidates from the left column to the right column by clicking on the green + symbol, and then click SAVE. These are preferential ballots, so you’ll rank your top four favorites in each category with your number-one choice receiving the most points. The contenders with the most points will be our official nominees. So passion is crucial: it takes multiple fourth-place votes to match the voting power of a single first-place vote. And with so much quality programming on TV and streaming, a single vote could change the outcomes in many races. Illustrated voting instructions can be found here. So get to it!

Last year’s winners included “Succession,” “The Bear,” “Beef,” “Last Week Tonight with John Oliver” and “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” plus Pedro Pascal for Performer of the Year and Ayo Edebiri for Breakthrough Performer of the Year.
