The character Rosie is daughter to Kevin (Michael Le Vell) and Sally (Sally Dynevor), stalwarts of the beloved ITV soap.

Taking to Instagram, Helen has left fans wondering whether a potential return to the famed cobbles is in the near future.

In her social media update, the actress and model posted throwback snaps of her time playing Rosie on Coronation Street.

She captioned the post: “Some iconic Rosie moments @coronationstreet”, adding a laughing face and heart emoji.

Some of the character’s most significant storylines have included her modelling aspirations as well as being kidnapped by villain John Stape (Graeme Hawley).

In response to Helen’s post, one fan commented: “Please come back.”

Another remarked: “Is this a sign you are coming back!!? You are my fav character!!”

While a third commented: “Love to see you come back, you were amazing as Rosie Webster.”

Helen has had two stints on the soap, first from 2000 to 2012, with this exit seeing the character move to London.

That same year, Helen competed in I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, starring alongside EastEnders actress Charlie Brooks as well as Ashley Roberts of the Pussycat Dolls.

During this time away from Corrie, Helen also made appearances in the likes of Channel 5‘s Celebrity Super Spa and Celebrity Wedding Planner.

In 2014, the star returned to acting by playing agency nurse Kirsty Brompton in an episode of BBC medical drama Holby City.

Three years later, it was announced that Helen would reprise her role as Rosie Webster beginning from February 2017.

She left the soap again in 2018 on maternity leave, but has yet to make a return.
