My Little Pony to perform at Kids Day in Albany
The Office of General Services is hosting a free Kids Day event presented by MVP Health Care. The event is set for Saturday, July 13 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Albany's West Capitol Park.
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Office of General Services is hosting a free Kids Day event presented by MVP Health Care. The event is set for Saturday, July 13 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Albany's West Capitol Park.
Kids Day includes a performance and meet-and-greet with Izzy and Sunny from My Little Pony at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., as well as a Bowie the Clown Magic Show at noon and Kids Yoga with the Hot Yoga Spot at 2 p.m. Other activities include:
- Balloon twisting
- Glitter tattoos
- Ponies for Hire
- Face painting
- Two by Two Zoo
- Bounce houses
- Train rides
- A rock wall
- Mini-golf
- Nanny’s Double Dutch League
- Touch a Truck presented by CDTA
- Matica Circus Roaming Stilt Walker and Unicyclist from noon to 2 p.m.
The New York State Museum will also be exhibiting different fossil animals and plants during the event. Free parking will be available in the Sheridan Hollow Garage, East Garage, Elk Street lot, Madison Avenue lot, and Grand Street lot. Paid parking will be available in the visitor lot under the Empire State Plaza.
