UP Governor Anandiben Patel forms a three-member commission to probe Hathras incident

Retired High Court Judge Brijesh Kumar Srivastava to lead the three-member judicial panel formed by the government to investigate the stampede incident that claimed more than 100 lives and left many gravely injured. The other members of the panel are retired IPS officers Hemant Rao and Bhavesh Kumar Singh.
