Emma Roberts Explains Reason Why She Won't Date Actors Anymore

Emma Roberts is explaining why she doesn’t want to date actors anymore.

The 33-year-old actress – who most recently has been dating actor Cody John for about two years – revealed the reason why in a new interview.

During her interview with Flaunt mag, “Unnamed Beau” asked Emma if she wanted to come do yoga with him. They then referred to her boyfriend as “Unnamed Beau” throughout the entire rest of the piece.

“One day the veil was lifted and I didn’t want to date actors anymore,” she shared. “It’s hard, I think, for two actors to be together. I’m trying to think if I’ve seen it done successfully. Also, the actors I’ve been with border on method actors, and that is something that I think is extremely difficult to be in a relationship with—at least for me, especially the characters that they were playing.”

She then shared that her “Unnamed Beau” is “entertainment industry-adjacent—not an actor.”

It’s unclear if Emma and Cody are still together, as Cody is an actor.

Emma was previously linked to actor Garrett Hedlund as well as actor Evan Peters.
