Kohr Explores: The Waterfront Blues Festival returns!

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Stages and tens are set up in Tom McCall Waterfront Park and you know what that means: Waterfront Blues Festival is back!

Featuring talented musicians, and delicious food too, the Blues Festival starts Thursday and runs through Sunday.

KOIN 6 News' Kohr Harlan visited the waterfront to take an early look at this year's festival.
